i just pleaded no contest to a battery , my husband is living in my home an because of a no contact order I can not get in my home , and will have to pay the mortgage on it for 6 months before i can get back in .... he has a civil case against me trying to keep me out ..... can I file a civil case also against him to get him out so im not homeless or what can I do to get me back in my house ?

What you can do is hire an attorney to make a motion to modify the no contact order to a no violent contact order and have a hearing on the motion.
